2THE TUTORIAL – whether on a one-to-one basis or in a group, Clive will come into your organisation and train you on how to improve your negotiation and deal making skills. This can be a one off event (e.g. for half a day) or a fully-fledged executive training programme.
3THE INSIDE TRACK – Clive will come in on a specific deal, offering counsel for the preparation and planning of the negotiation, helping you understand what is going on and laying the foundations to win on your terms. This will involve a detailed analysis of the deal, advising you on your approach and setting the conditions to win.
4THE DEAL – alternatively, if you are struggling to take the emotion out of a deal, whether big or small, or don’t feel you have the confidence to pull it off, Clive will run the deal for you. In doing this, he will make sure you get the best outcome, getting you what you want and helping your business to prosper in the process.
